the seeds were packed in july 2008. it suggests that you plant them within 2 years of this date… so you are still safe.
it also says that you should expect 80% of the seeds to sprout… perhaps that percentage will go down longer the seeds are on the shelf…

if those elongated red bars mean to suggest a time range, it looks to me like it could be 40-60 days.
